Montserrat will lead the process liaising with the consultants and professional team to maximising returns on equity.

Montserrat has extensive experience in design-led development projects of every scale, with the flexibility to enter the venture at any stage; a service that complements our acquisition skills.
We carry out development appraisals to assess potential value and returns for existing holdings and potential acquisitions. Montserrat are able to appoint and manage the professional consultants on behalf of our clients to drive returns and meet required deadlines
Each service is bespoke to our clients needs whether it is a £500,000 single acquisition or a £25m portfolio Montserrat will ensure the same level of service is provided and all our clients objectives are achieved.
